Bonarda Ferma

The Bonarda Ferma variety is grown on the lowest hill in Castell’Arquato.

After the harvest, we let grapes ferment for 10 days, slightly pumping the must over to better harmonize taste and perfume.

We let it age for 5 months in concrete tanks and we begin to bottle it in early Spring.

The care we put into the production of our Bonarda Ferma makes it a wine suitable for any type of meal.

A good glass of Bonarda Ferma, accompanies a plate of boiled or medium-aged cheeses.
