The first hill of Castell’Arquato is part of the Classic Gutturnio’s original zone with vineyards situated in Casa Benna, the average age of vineyards is about 13 years old and they are pruned with the classic Guyot Method, selecting the best positions for this Riserva.

The perfect maturation’s grapes have been harvested September 6 , separated from the stalk, crushed and fermented for 12 days. After the first decants, this wine is aged for 6 months in vitrified cement tanks, then the wine is racked in large Slavonians oak barrels. One year later we bottle the wine. After a 6 months aging in bottle the wine is ready for tasting
