Description

In the heart of Emilia, the golden bunches of Malvasia di Candia Aromatica are welcomed by the expert hands of the winemakers like treasures.
Gently hand-picked to keep them intact, they are placed in small crates and taken to the cellar where they begin their journey of transformation: from destemming to soft pressing performed with the utmost respect for the grapes, each step is important in the art of winemaking.
The fermentation is a slow whisper, which lasts seven days under the careful supervision of the temperature, the yeasts work relentlessly to transform the grape sugar into alcohol, until the residual sugar reaches 12%, then it is interrupted to preserve the sweetness of the wine.

The subsequent second fermentation according to the Charmat-Martinotti method, resuming the fermentation gives life to the bubbles in this golden elixir, ready to embellish every special occasion.
Bottling in December gives the bottle its elegant look and from there aMaCa is ready to share the festive moments with you!

In the fertile lands of Castell’Arquato, where the sun kisses the hills and the wind tells ancient stories, the Malvasia di Candia Aromatica vineyard sinks its roots into a soil that is a mosaic of life.

Here, in LocalitĂ  Casa Benna, the vines stand like silent guardians, witnesses to the mix between the work of man and the whims of nature.

They grow on lean soil, a challenge accepted by the ferrettized clays that, with tenacity, nourish and support each bunch.

Grown with the Guyot method, each vine is a tribute to excellence, a hymn to quality that prevails over quantity.

It is in this landscape, where every element is in perfect harmony, that Malvasia Spumante Dolce is born, an authentic expression of a territory that never ceases to amaze and fall in love
